Problem with Assist Channel messages

Once I had the Assist Channel enabled, A message appears in my chat log saying:
You will be able to use the Assist Channel until mm/dd/yyyy at hh:mm (JST)
Note... that last thing really does say JST.
It would appear the actual deadline is the time given in the message based on the time zone set on my Windows System which happens to be PDT right now.
The above message appeared every time I zoned into a city area.

I have also gotten warning messages as that deadline gets closer.
You will no longer be able to chat in this channel in 3 minutes.
Yes, it said minutes. At the time, it was actually 3 hours.

You will no longer be able to chat in this channel in 30 hours.
Yes, it said hours. At the time, it was actually 30 minutes.

Might need a bit of a rework on this feature.

No additional information I can supply will make any difference to this problem.

The message giving the ending date and time always says JST.

The messages warning of ending approaching have the words Minutes and Hours reversed.

You need to tell me what additional information will actually make a difference to this report.

You DO NOT need a full report on my system to know this is a problem.

This is simply a very good example of the VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that SE has always had.
