Hello,
Im returning to the game to play, but upon updating to windows 10, play online viewer will not load. play online application comes up and you can hear music playing, but it does not fully load. please help. this is my last attempt before leaving forever.
Might need to enable Direct Play. In the Start Menu, go to Settings, then Apps. Near the top, there should be a link to Optional Features. Click that, then on the right side, click More Windows Features. A window should pop up with some check boxes. Scroll down to Legacy Components. Click the plus to expand, then check the box for Direct Play. Press okay, follow any prompts (if any) and reboot.
If that doesn't do it, then... idk, make sure you have graphics card drivers installed and updated.
boxes are checked on the legacy components and graphic drivers are also updated aswell.
