Help, R0 problems

hey everyone i seem to be having a issue im a returning player haven't played for a few years but seems like every 20 min or so i suddenly see the recieving going down to 0 then im back to dashboard the error code i got was POL -0250 i haven't got auto disconnect on not sure what else to try my internet works great. :(

first thing to do is see if a lot of other people around you are also having that problem. If so, it is likely a routing/backbone ISP problem, in which case there's nothing you can do but wait, really.
