I was grabbing Nyzul Isle Assault Orders and my net dropped in the middle of talking to the npc, when I logged back in and tried to get orders again it said I already had them when I do not. I still had my I.D. tag, rytaal says I can cancel but nothing happens.
Edit: I went to the assault area and it allowed me to enter without the key item
