Steps:
1. Use a "Phantom Roll" ability (in this instance, I used "Samurai Roll").
2. Double-Up until you receive the "Bust" effect.
3. Wait until "Phantom Roll" is off of cooldown.
4. Reroll the same "Phantom Roll" from step 1 and get an XI while the "Bust" effect is still active.
5. Wait for the bust effect to wear off.
6. Redo steps 1 & 2 with a different "Phantom Roll".
7. User will have a "Bust" effect on them despite having an XI roll active (unless the newly busted roll was also an XI).
