Steps:
1. Tank stands at max casting range from the Circle (fetter)
2. Tank cast flash and uses other enmity building mechanics
3. Tank does not attack the Disjoined NM that spawns
4. Alliance then engages the Circle
5. If tank hold hate on the Circle at max casting range it will not use it's pulsing move that does elemental damage

I would like to know if this is an intended mechanic of the fight and an official way to bypass the damage from the Circle.
