World transfer service

Can anyone help? Purchased world transfer service to Shiva server four days ago, but my characters are still stuck on Sylph.

It just takes a while. Premature welcome to Shiva, if we see your character we'll let you know lol.

Long as the site said it was successful, it will eventually be final.

It may be worth contacting a GM in game if the process seems to be incomplete still.

At least in the past that would help, but it will of course depend on what the particular situation is.
