Omen Job Cards - Exchange Ratio, Objectives and other stuff

Since it's been a few years since Omen has been released, some QoL stuff could work to the current system

Currently the exchange rate for omen job cards is 10 to 1. Maybe any chance to lower the rate to either 5 to 1 or 3 to 1?

Next, Omen objectives. Maybe change a couple objectives around. For example, changing the one with 6 consecutive skillchains to just 6 skillchains, 15k Non-Magic Burst to something lower than current. Allow smn/bst/pup pets to be counted and contribute toward objectives.

Omen Job Scales - maybe have a method to exchange them to obtain 5 job cards.
