Where are invo and spell list settings stored

Well I had to reinstall 11 the other day something messed up on my computer and i came back and all my settings were there.

back story I repaired playonline with the repair tool in the installer thats the only part that had files from the last install on it.

moveing foward what i am trying to find out is when you move a spell in your list for example.

thunder 2
thunder1

thunder1
thunder2

and invo item placement

is that information stored on the playonline side somewhere in my computer or on the final fantasy xi software side on my computer.

was just rubbing my head the other night when i logged on thinking i had hours of moving things around again like normal when i frash install. but everything was were i left it.

so that is what gave birth to this question.
