Decay over time Yonin/Innin

It would be safe to assume it should no longer decay over time.

Ninja feel a bit under others jobs, not that they doing no damage (maybe a bit less) but bringing little to nothing to a team.

First thought i've got is about the Decay over time of thoses two abilities.
I think it would be cool to let them up with full bonus at all time.

Maybe also add some sort of Ensphere to thoses spell to bring some defensive/offensive bonus to their party.

what are your thought on this ?

I'm a returning player after the game being closed on us console players (I played on Xbox One) in 2019. My highest character is now a Lv45 NIN (after completely restarting). I have yet to join a party for anything, so I'm not sure yet if any adjustments need to be made. I'll follow this thread in case someone has valuable information.
