Trial 946 non kill problem

Hi I'm currently on trial 946 4 kills of big bird in miseaux coast for Gandiva trial. Killed it once yesterday for which I got credited but have killed it twice today and got no credit on either kills. Trial weapon was equipped both times so no problem there have checked with moogle and its saying only 1/4. Raised this with a GM today who advised its a technical problem and maybe addressed at an update which doesn't help. I may try and kill it again tomorrow to see what happens but before that can anyone offer any advise

The GM was probably referring to the in-game bug section. Technical Support is more for hardware/software issues such as distorted graphics or along those lines.

Hi sir as a follow up I'll try and kill it today and see what happens although thinking about it I'm sure my chat log didn't even have anything in it that I'd actually hit the mob as well as BBK kills ........it was like the NM didn't exist to me
