I'm stuck forever farming a single scroll of Ice Spikes. Yet it's ok to disallow 2 hour + fights?

Steps:
Get on boat, wait between 20:00 to 04:00 in-game time, pray for a "Phantom" to show up (because they very rarely spawn at all), kill said enemy, watch as you never get the drop even with maxed out treasure hunter.

A whole real life day was wasted on this trash. Yet it's ok to condemn 2 hour+ fights vs notorious monsters an etc??

I can't get this from any other monster in the game, an don't direct me to do bcnm fights because if I can't bring my trusts with me.. you can't expect me to rely upon other gamers, they refuse to help. Therefore I cannot get this item.

There are cases where race does matter, are you here to report an actual problem or just mock the bug report process?

The difference between several hour fights and camping an NM is you aren't actively playing the entire time and you have oppertunities to take a piss and not completely neglect your heatlh.

There is no bug here, you're just fuming about not getitng a drop...
