Level caps of early missions

SE has removed a lot of level caps.. For example the Promathia missions.. It saved a lot of time in some tedious part of the missions. But the removal of some low level caps really took away a lot of fun. For example the national mission 2-3 dragon fight becomes way too easy now, which was already not too hard when it was capped. And for the promyvion missions, I really miss the many failed runs we had when it was still capped, which made the final success really sweet.

Is there anyone who actually likes the cap removal of the 2-3 dragon fight? I'm still yet to hear anyone who actually does. What do you think?

I like it because it made getting through the missions much easier on my second character. Trying to get people to help with these missions was horrible before the removal of the level cap.

While I admit that getting through them the first time before the level cap was removed had a bigger sense of accomplishment, I would not want to go through it again. At least this way new players can get through the missions without having to try to wait for help.

If you really want to re-impose the challenge on yourself, just get one person that's level 20 and level sync to them.

That said, it's not like it was actually a hard fight even before the level cap.

2-3 is a horrible example, I soloed that many times over before the level cap was removed on multiple jobs (mostly blu and drg).

Other than that, I'd say removing the level caps completely from CoP was a bad idea. I won't say that leaving them as they were would've been good either. However, I feel it would've been better to simply raise the caps by 10 or so levels per mission to still require help but not full parties worth of help. They could've tied some Magian trials to them as well...to actually put some diversity in them. They did neither of these things unfortunately.

Only thing is people didn't do them in the first place or had done them so many times they got sick of helping people do them. Haveing to shout for help for CoP even for the missions that didn't have a level cap still took forever. Though that is worst case that you couldn't get no help from your LS. Old content was still old, every one could see all the CSs on youtube.

i want the other two CoP rings now seriously, on the last chapter a lone i took my capped blm down to level 75 just trying to get them done, now i can solo 8-3 on blu -.-

only ring that has something special is rajas (STP and added benfit having str and dex on one ring for ws) , tamas is an inv savor and there is emn + rings for "tanking"

only time tamas really shines is when you are a blu casting a INT AND MND spell ( HAS TO HAVE BOTH for said spell)
