Crashing in certain spot

I'm having an issue where my POL crashes when entering the Artisan's Bridge area of Upper Jueno and the bridge to get from the airship in San d'Oria also causes this to happen.

I've checked out the crashing in Jueno and it seems to be just an area that I can't get into. I've approached it from outside and it crashes right as I clear the bridge from the gate as well. This happens consistently in this area.

Anyone else encountered/resolved this?

Edit: I'm running Windows version on Win10, not Steam

Resolved with a re-install. There's a day of my life I won't be getting back...
