Unable to obtain magicite

I am unable too obtain Castle O. or Beauduex magicite on two differant accounts, I have not tried Davoi.

I have tried logging out and back in re-approaching all npc's that are involved on this mission on two accounts one that has already completed and switched nations and the other which is a new character. I have obtained all of the key items needed for the mission's, but at both locations i am unable to obtain the magicite.

Yes i have received the cut scene at the embassy, the chamber, and with aldo and have done the cut scene with the goblin.
