Lost security token? what do I do??

I lost my security token. What do I do? How can I log in? How do I turn it of? I called SE an they keep asking me for an email address I dont use. Some help I get from them. Their CS sucks!!

You -have- to have registered an email. It's not optional.

Go here, put in your birthday and verify the email.

cant log in? Its asking me for my token number and I dont have it?

If you don't know the email you used to sign up, I think you're pretty much screwed. Better start thinking hard.

Download the software version of the token, available on mobile phone.

I did download the app and its asking me for the one time password which I cant provide cause I dont have the token? SE wont help me and I keep running into dead ends but they keep taking my money. Im getting no where
