Unable to progress in Windurst Mission 8-2 - The Jester Who'd Be King

Steps:
1. Both party members, Pynut and Hooston, we working on Windurst Mission 8-2 ( The Jester Who'd Be King ).
2. Both had collected the four rings required up to the this point: Manustery ring, Aurastery ring, Optistery ring, Rhinostery ring
3. We were both able to talk to Apururu, who instructed us to talk to Kupipi in Heavens Tower.
4. When talking to Kupipi, she does not give the correct diaglouge and does not allow the mission to progress.
5. This issue only occurred for Pynut and not Hooston.
6. We verified that Pynut had all the rings as key items, and tried to continue the mission by spawning the NMs for the next step, but they did not spawn.
7. We started the mission for the beginning and talk the the same people over again to make sure a diaglouge or cutscene wasn't missed.
8. We checked to see if there were any active quests involving Kupipi or Apururu that may conflict but did not find any.
9. When talking to Apururu again, He continues to say to talk to Kupipi.
