anyone know the cap's for attributes such as Vit Dex etc...

I'm not sure there is a cap, however its impossible to get it that high in the first place. You could use ALL dex related gear, but then you would be suffering in other fields such as agi.

It caps in a formula correlating to your stats and monster stats, i.e. fstr, which is str - enemy vit, which has a certain cap. I'd suggest reading one of the multiple fansites for the more indepth details. After certain points, adding more of a stat will do nothing for you at all.

They likely cap at 999, soft or hard. Since there's really no way to exceed that, I doubt it makes much sense to speculate on it.
