So i have been told by a GM in game to report this under bug on forum which i have done & ive been put under Not a Bug Report so then i posted under Missions, Quests, and Records of Eminence to be told to have a friend post on the Japanese forums which im unable to do,so then i contacted Square Enix live chat customer service to be told only GM can help me & then asking a GM again i got told theres nothing they can do to investigate, that they would have to prove that i owned the item & discarded it, well i have done that quest 11times which is more than x3 times the amount of rewarded items that can be obtained from this & i can prove it with the title in game Sworn to the Dark Divinity, yet i got told to post on the forums again, Please help me out.

Avatar Quests Rewards System
Upon completing the Avatar fights, we are able to choose from a list of rewards that can only be obtained once. Over the years, these items can be accidentally discarded when cleaning inventories, or dropped intentionally to make inventory space as they cannot be sent to other characters on the same account or stored on an NPC. Other quests with rewards of similar caliber are reobtainable, but these are not.

Moving forward, could there be implemented a way to reobtain these items? Similar, perhaps, to the Artifact Armor quests of having memories wiped away or a new key item to obtain the rewards.

I would really like to get the Aesir Ear Pendant again as it seems I dropped it at some point. I know I am not the only player that is interested in being able to obtain these items again.

I feel this needs to be addressed as it has been blocking people from obtaining these items again that may have been lost through the years and it is very frustrating.
