I bought a new Storage Slip 13 from the Porter Moogle in the Mog Garden. I went to trade Relic +2 (Level 90 relic) to the Porter Moogle with Storage Slip 13 inside the Mog Garden and Porter Moogle refuses to accept. There is nothing stored with Storage Slip 13. I went to the Porter Moogle in Lower Jeuno and had the same issue. I tried other Storage Slips with their applicable items and they are working as intended.
