can not receive the Holla gate crystal in key item ans I click on crystal it says I already have it. COP Mea and Dem completed , when I enter Holla promy it says I am in Dem.

Have to follow the template in the sticky here or it's not a bug report and gets trashed.
Have you tried doing a file check? Sounds like you might have a corrupted file.
