Trust: MR

I have GK and EV but don't see the quest for MR. What do I need to do to get this trust quest

Try talking to the npc again after getting AAEV, then zone, then talk to him again. Should unlock the RoE quest for MR.

My guess it's they'll all be the same.

Talk to him for the quest, Beat the Battlefield, then remember to talk to him again, if not you need to talk to him, zone, then talk to him again to start the next one.
