Why Aren't I Getting Capacity Points

I have THF at 99, I have Job Breaker, I am killing experience-yielding mobs, but I am not getting CPs.

What does that page not tell me?

/sigh, so it's the usual poor SE documentation .. I just read this page: http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Job_Points

and see the 96+ requirement which is glaringly absent from SE's game info.

capacity points comes from monsters that are above lvl 99

Which of course isn't what SE's game info actually says, hence my confusion till I read the last link I posted.

pretty much anything adoulin or rhapsodies related is lvl 99+ except for a few mobs at entrance of escha zitah
