I went to reactivate my deleted character today, however, it says that they are performing maitenance and will not let me use the service. It has been like this since saturday when I first tried.
When will it be up? and is this a result of the ongoing registration server issues?

Still waiting! Is there a projected date of recovery for the reactivation service?
I'd like to know this too. I'm waiting on it being back up.. Hope it is before the Anniversary is over, I want my swanky new threads. =(
Contacted SE Support twice now and both times they couldn't help.
Might ask on Twitter.
Edit: It's not to do with the Reg Server issues, it's because of the World Merge. I assume, and I'm taking a guess, but I'm willing to bet, it's because currently active characters were moved during the maint on the 9th/10th... Those currently deleted most likely get moved at a later date. I'm looking now to see when they bought it back online after the last merge to see how long of a wait we are in for..
Edit2: When it was suspended for last year's World Merge, it was down from Mar. 9, 2010 - Apr. 12, 2010... I'd get comfy, it's going to be a long wait. =(
