It appears that all of the ~lv60+ kits have the wrong tags and are labeled as requiring Bonecraft skill in both the actual item descriptions and the npc vendor menu. I've heard similar descriptions for the items available from the other guilds, so this appears to be a rather widespread issue. (lv65 bonecraft kit is named "Leathercraft kit 65" for instance..)
