Please reduce quick draw recast to 30seconds before merits or atleast increase its maximum amount of charges to to 7,
you can't expect to enhance enfeeble spells or throw a light shot to sleep a mob if you have no shot available due to the extremely long charge time
7, that's a bit extreme. They do that they'd either nerf Quick Draw or the enfeebling spells.
quickdraw is already nerfed, you can't MB it and between trying to set a worlds worth of magic acc just to land damage, that is limited damage and a ton of sleep/dispel resists even with magic acc. while i wanted to say 5 charges, even that doesn't seem right with the long recast times. honestly 5 second charge time after equipment reduction and merits changed to QD damage is better with the tp received removed to even the ability and preventing over powering tp build
