Current Known Issue (Feb. 2, 3)

We have confirmed an issue with the following NPCs, so they have been temporarily deleted.

- NPC "Dominion Tactician" at Abyssea - Altepa
- NPC "Dominion Tactician" at Abyssea - Uleguerand
- NPC "Dominion Tactician" at Abyssea - Grauberg

We will make an announcement later regarding when the NPCs will be available again.
