Bastok Mission 8-1 "The Chains That Bind Us

I am trying to finish the Bastok missions and reached 8-1, "The Chains That Bind Us". I flagged the mission and followed the instructions. Reached Quicksand Caves and opened the weighted doors with the Lodestone. Completed the fight and got the first cutscene with Zeid. Went to the location where the mural is located (Quicksand Caves, map 4) and proceeded to the mural room. I searched for the ???, but it was not to be found on the pedestals. The only thing I found besides mobs was the waypoint spot. I tried rezoning, logging out/in, with trusts and without, thinking it was a glitch. However, everything I have tried hasn't worked. Has the requirement for the second cutscene changed? I looked at the available videos online, but all show the same thing. The ??? is on the second pedestal. I even tried to return to Iron Eagle to see if there was no longer a need to get the cutscene, to no avail. I dearly want to finish the Bastok missions. Please help me out!
