Steps:
1. completed questline for 9-2 "Moon Reading",
2. Went to star sybil room to complete questline.
3. During second cutscene game crashed.
4. Reloaded, windurst flag was not present in inventory, checking door to star sybil room does not start cutscene again.
5. Rank 10 is not awarded, still rank 9, Kupipi in lower heavens tower still refers to me as "rank 10 adventurer" despite still being rank 9.
