additional information:
I contacted an in-game GM in regards to this whom told me to create a bug report regarding this as i cannot continue through the quest itself.
I flagged the quest months ago, and should have gotten the 2nd cut-scene in Sealion's Den as i go there for high tier mission battles regularly, however i cannot guarantee this.
i cannot get any other cut-scenes regarding this quest. The GM checked my character and i even recited the steps involved in completing the quest to prove that i have been to each location, and nothing. Due to the time intervals between the cut-scenes possibly being weeks or months i cannot remember the exact steps taken to produce the bug. It is possible i may have crashed during zoning to Sealion's Den. But i cannot remember. The GM would not cancel my quest progression as the bug team needed the information.
I hope my quest can quickly be fixed so i may move on. thank you.
