How did people feel about this? Personally it felt more like "we're not going to do anything more with the game but ambuscade and master trials" I read the whole thing it just felt like the most common answer to everything was no.
Whats everyones thoughts on this?

Because development doesn't happen overnight, or even over weeks, it takes months and months for development to happen - therefore a company must already have plans for the future of their game. So unless your question happens to align with what's already planned, then you're probably going to hear a no. Especially when it comes to an old game that also happens to have a pretty small team in the first place.Quote:

I was hyped for it for a week, read it and was honestly worse than I imagined. Was pretty disheartened with it all, I did not want to read ambuscade till march 2017. Especially since there most likely will be no new gear till then and it's going to be a grind for matts and capes, it's going into rotation after the next set.
It is what it is though, I still prefer to play this to what else is available atm. I was hoping they would be open to adding things like name changes, race changes (to increase revenue), different content beyond ambuscade etc. Heck I almost wish they would lie at this point to make me feel better about the future of the game. -

I loved that our limited question spots were taken up by such compelling questions like "What color is the adaman hauberk??" and "what was your favorite Final Fantasy?" Glad those got answered instead of ones like "would a kickstarter be considered to overhaul the system for windows?" I know some of you read my posts with tinted glasses due to some of my viewpoints, so to be clear, yes that was sarcasm.

Anyway, I'm sad that I slept thru it so I couldn't ask my question about PLEASE allowing more (all) buffs to stay on during zoning... Composure, Phalanx, Temper, Enspells, Gain/Boost, etc. Makes doing something like Ambuscade very annoying as RDM ; ; -

They said the plans for the moment are to do ambuscade and monthly updates until March 2017. Nothing has been said about what happens after. So yes, for the time being we can expect the same kind of content.
