- A new quest has been added.

 - The Ygnas Directive 3
 Players must complete the following prerequisites and speak with Ploh Trishbahk in Eastern Adoulin (K-9) to receive the quest.
 Have completed the quest The Ygnas Directive 2, with one Vana’diel midnight having passed after completion.
- New Records of Eminence objectives have been added.
- Certain quality of life adjustments have been made to the main storyline of The Treasures of Aht Urhgan.
 The amount of time that players must wait to receive the following missions has been reduced from one Earth day to Vana’diel midnight.
 - Sweets for the Soul (after completion of Passing Glory)
 - Seal of the Serpent (after completion of Playing the Part)
 - Testing the Waters (after completion of Sentinels’ Honor)

Battle-related
- The villains found within Ambuscades and Intense Ambuscades have been changed.

 - Certain items available for purchase with hallmarks have been swapped out.
 - Certain items available for purchase with total hallmarks have been swapped out.

 - Gorpa-Masorpa has undergone sensitivity training, and will now perform the following for players.
 - When trading a job-specific cape found in Ambuscade without any items accompanying it, he will now tell you how many times more it may be augmented with Abdhaljs Thread, Abdhaljs Dust, Abdhaljs Sap, and Abdhaljs Dye.
 - New background music has been added specifically for Ambuscades and Intense Ambuscades.
- The amount of defense a player gains by increasing VIT has been increased for the following characters.
 PCs / Alter egos / Fellows / Familiars / Wyverns/ Avatars / Automatons / Luopans
 * Enemy NPCs and pets controlled with the job ability Charm are not subject to this adjustment.
- The evasion of high-level monsters has been decreased.

 - A system has been introduced in which the damage taken from elemental area of effect abilities used by monsters against entities other than the main target will be decreased.

Resolved Issues
- Various issues with incorrect NPC dialogue and help text.
- Various issues where cutscenes in missions and quests were incorrect.
- The issue with the quest Flotsam Finding wherein the completion event would not begin if the player did not first change areas.
- The issue with the quest The Long March North wherein entering one’s Mog House in Windurst Waters [S] would occasionally incorrectly progress the quest.
- The issue wherein fellows would despawn when participating in a Colonization, Lair, or Wildskeeper Reive.
- The issue with Ambuscade wherein the visual effects displayed when automatically entering the Ambuscade were incorrect.
- The issue with Ambuscade wherein an improper error message would display when a player currently inside an Ambuscade would log out and then log back in.
- The issue with Master Trials wherein the animations displaying upon successfully besting the monsters within would occasionally be incorrect.
- The issue wherein players would be able to move to improper locations in The Sanctuary of Zi’Tah and Escha – Zi’tah.
- The issue wherein certain key items would not display in the following instanced areas.

Known Issues
- When changing equipment while an Avatar is using a Blood Pact, the damage will occasionally decrease.
- The level at which the delegate’s cuffs can be equipped is incorrect.
