No they won't

Making it so we could use unofficial add ons would be a great step forward. Most PC players use plug ins for MMOs. Other companies have embraced this with great success. As long as the plug in doesn't provide something that unbalances gameplay there's no real negative. This would also encourage more people to move to PC.
