Steps:
1. Used Nexus Cape to teleport to party leader (in Xarcabard, normal area)
2. Item Use animation and "casting bar" displayed and complete. The warping animation takes place.
3. Nothing happens. The item's recast time resets to full timer as if it was successfully used.
