Decimation 3 hits. 1000% TP 0.5, 2000% TP 1.5, 3000% TP 2.5

Blade: Ku 5 hits. 1000% TP 1.0, 2000% TP 2.0, 3000% TP 3.0. Secondary Hits will add .50 instead of 1.0.
