Main char rolled back to 28th Apr suddenly

So I've logged in today to find my char standing in Reisenjima on SMN, and rolled back to when the area crashed on 28th Apr around 21:20 UK time (see official Phoenix issues at that time).

Everything I obtained over the past 1.5 weeks is gone. CP, items, gil, crafting guild points, augmented items etc.

At this point I will log out, as obviously I want to give you guys a chance to fix it, and I don't want to lose anything more.
