Missing Data Since Reinstating My Account

I have just returned to Vanadiel after quitting in 2014. Upon returning I have noticed several issues. I have lost several trusts. For starters I had completed CoP (chains of promathis) and unlocked Ulmia trust. Now it states I am in the early stages of CoP. I have basically been pushed back in almost all my missions. Please fix this as It is not fair I am paying for a game that I now have been put severely back to the beginning mission wise. I am also missing a lot of weapons and gear that I obtained in Adoulin area as well. Please restore my account to the way it was a month before quitting. Thank you.
