I have 99MNK, but cannot retrieve Maochinoli from storage!
Where are you trying to retrieve it? The only reason it would be greyed out is if you're trying to access it outside your Mog House. Also when you say storage, you mean the storage tab right?
It is in my storage tab. I can transfer every other item into and out of the storage tab except the HTH! It makes no sense to me. I can move the same item on other chars in same situation.
Are you sure you haven't equipped it on a mannequin?
