/equipset Losing Item Associations

Steps:
When moving items to and from storages, I've noticed that for items for which you have multiple copies of in the same storage become mixed up by /equipset, even when all pieces are placed back in the same storage they were in before you moved them. (For example, this happens when I change jobs and shove the gear that occupies my inventory into my Mog House storage.) On SCH, with Reisenjima equipment, it's difficult to maintain inventory with four different pairs of certain pieces--so moving pieces when changing jobs is inevitable. I can understand the loss of association from the /equipset to the item in the event that you place them back in different storages (moving into Mog Wardrobe from Inventory, for example), but it makes no sense for this issue to persist when said pieces of equipment are moved back into the same storage they were in when the /equipset was created.
