Capacity points need a boost <100

I have so many jobs I want to level and gear, the biggest block that puts me off is knowing how incredibly difficult it is to get a decent number of job points on a new job.

Can we get a big boost to points gained <100? Right now it's off putting for most players, because most players are not welcome to Apex capacity points where you get 40k points per kill. Most of us are lucky to get 600 per kill.

Capacity points at their core is grind content to keep you playing, if that grind content has no curve then it's more of a deterrent than a reason to keep logging in.
