Synthesis interrupted

Hello everyone.

So, this happened to me twice : Synthesis interrupted. You lost the Crystal and materials you were using.

I was in Windurst wood (G-12), and i wasn't the only one to craft when this happened, both times. So, maybe it's cause it was at exact same time as another crafter.

It did the effect of an HQ synth when this happened today (but it was a siren's macrame attempt).
I don't remeber if it did HQ effect 1st time, or what i was crafting, i think it was cursed slacks.

No real reason to be interrupted, no casting or anything, like i said to the GM i called.

Was it during some kind of system/roe message? Been a known for awhile that forces interrupts
