RoE objects not updating

Have finished all 3 nations mission lines.
Sandy mission 3-2 and windy mission 2-2 is still showing as 'undone' in the RoE log. Not getting the exp after finishing it.
It's showing as completed in my mission log.
Have unselected/reselected the objective several times but will not complete.

Are you sure you didn't skip those by feeding the gate guard's Crystal addiction until he made 2-3 and 3-3 available?
