Katana use for Samurai!

So I wanted this for ages... I realise that Samurai use a Great Katana and pretty much always should, but I never understood why they weren't at least capable of being semi-proficient with a Katana also...

Ninja can use a GK, so let Samurai use a Katana!

At this point in FFXI's life, I'd really love to see this happen just for a bit of fun! Obviously Ninja needs to stay better with Katanas, but maybe give Samurai a B in proficiency with it, and give us a decent set of weapon skills available. I want a dual wielding katana samurai!!!
