Yes, long ago when the Test Server stopped being open for player use. It's been dead for a long time, probably since monthly updates were implemented.
Officialy, it's never been announced to have been cancelled, but it's been years since they've mentioned it. I tried using it on the test server and it was clunky, ugly, untranslated, and not even ready for an alpha release. You aren't missing much.
It died the same sort of unannounced death that Monstrosity did. Just quietly abandoned.
