run pol twice sence the nov 9 2015 update

Sence the Nov 9 2015 update i have had to run pol twice to get it to load
that means that i need to have pol.exe running twice to get logged in

the first one uses 1,000 - 1,800 k of memory and never changes but the second uses normal game running memory of 200,000 + k

Sounds like more of a pc function problems, just saying, sorry.

nope i just rebuilt my windows 7 system and its still doing it

the only thing i can try to do now is redo windows update by update to see if one of those is at fault

just to add to my last post even a fresh install of win7 with out updating it still does it

i just debuged it with windbg
and the first one i run is stopping at
...

and the second is continuing on

so its eather rundll32.exe or image00260000 thats causing this error

i cant actualy get a crash dump as it never crashes it just stops as if its waiting for in-put from something to continue on
