Steps:
1. Have already defeated Ramuh Prime in "*Trial by Lightning" Very Difficult and held title.
2. Checked all available titles for repurchase from Traveling Bard.
3. Title "Fulmination Disruptor" is unavailable no matter how many times I checked from all 4 Bards.

This is a bug; I have fulfilled all requirements and have had the title previously. I have also checked with EVERY Traveling Bard and the title is unavailable. I have not had any problems with the other titles from Very Difficult prime avatars.
