Problems with the HDD Data detected

This has been going on for nearly a year now and it is driving me crazy. It happens every time you ppl do an update. And i just dont have the energy left to yell about it right now...

But this is happening every update. On multiple computers; desktops, laptops. Many times iv had to uninstall the whole ffxi soft wear and start over from scratch from my 2008 disks (which is incredibly time consuming.) Then that started not even working. Now after the update today, i cant even get past the very first file in the update on my desktop. And my laptop is have the same issue but with random files. Both during the 'checking' phase and the actual update phase.
