Mission Bug ! affecting my ingame progress !

Rhapsodies of Vana'diel Mission: Somber Dreams

I am stuck in this mission and i cannot progress!.
I have defeated the NM in {Grauberg S}, and i have received a Cut Scene from '???'. However, once i zoned into {Walk of Echos} i did not receieve the next Cut Scene which i should.

I tried zoning in and out {Walk of Echos} three times and i did not get a Cut Scene. I tried waiting one whole game day, zoned out of {Grauberg S} and back in into {Walk of Echos} still no Cut Scene. I tried starting the next mission, nothing happens. I shutdown FFXI-Play Online and logged back in, did all the above again and no progress.

I might have recieved the Cut Scene i am missing now before defeating the NM.

Help me out ?

There is a similar thread that was reported as a bug w/ Wings of the Goddess Mission: Whispers of Dawn and Rhapsodies of Vana'diel Mission: Somber Dreams together. The Dev Team has placed that bug in accepted bugs. It's possible Rhapsodies of Vana'diel Mission: Somber Dreams may have a separate issue.

There are certain missions where Lilisette and/or Cait Sith may not be available due to conflicts w/ the WotG mission story line. The following link below is a post by the Dev Team that lists where there may be conflicts, thus not allowing you to advance forward w/ Rhapsodies of Vana'diel:

In my opinion, I would suggest completing Wings of the Goddess along w/ the quests that follow it w/ Cait Sith and Lilisette for Cait Sith/Atomos avatars (they are linked to the conflicts of the Wings of the Goddess story line and pauses Rhapsodies of Vana'diel progression as well until they are completed) before continuing on w/ Rhapsodies of Vana'diel. I don't know if that may or may not help you with your situation, but try and see if that helps.

EDIT: Also, you may wanna try 1 of those glowing lights in Walk of Echoes that act as a Resume Point if you are still not getting the cutscene for RoV to see if it will give you the Cipher scroll for Lilisette II
