FFXI error 3202 on Asura

NPC Name: None I did have an anklebiter Jed summoned
Monster Name: None
Steps:
1. I try to log in to Rimbis and as I choose my character and log in it always hangs at the "Notifying Lobby Server of Current Selections Step. I get one of 2 error messages.
Predominantly I get error code FFXI-3202, ocassionally I receive FFXI-3305.

2. I log in to my account and can log in fine to my Alternate Character Rimb.

3.I have tried Rimbis on another computer and get the same error code FFXI-3202.

4. I have tried running a file check and have no corrupted files. I have tried reinstalling the client on my computer and continue to receive the error.

5. I tried contacting phone support and they could only give me the steps I had already tried an suggest placing a bug report here.
