Unable to continue RoV missions

I was working on ToAU missions and checked the whitegate and got Nashmeira II trust despite not having started RoV Chapter 2. I finished chapter 1 and wanted to do all of RoV in one go, so I wanted to finish all of my ToAU and WoTG missions before starting RoV, but now when I check my mission logs I see that I got jumped forward to Reunited mission. I got the trusts Tenzen II and Prishe II from the recent patch but I'm still not able to pick up the missions from where I left off (start of RoV chapter 2). I've tried speaking to everyone in the Walahra Temple and nothing seems to be triggering even though I finished all of ToAU missions and got the Ring for completing the missions. I would really like to just have my mission progress reset so I can experience all the cutscenes and events that happens as opposed to just plopping me right in the middle of chapter 2 of RoV.
